What we install

One system for the whole building

Security Cameras & AI Search

Verkada’s AI search finds a person or vehicle across your whole site in seconds, by description, by face, or by an image you upload. License plate recognition, line-crossing and loitering alerts, and a unified map timeline that follows someone camera to camera.

Access Control

Badge, fob, and mobile credentials on the doors that matter, with schedules you set. Villa Electric’s C-10 electricians tie the controllers into your existing fire alarm so designated doors release on an alarm signal.

Intrusion Detection

Door contacts, motion sensors, and Verkada cameras acting as smart triggers, all reporting into the same console, so an alert arrives with the video attached.

Remote Deployments

LTE gateways and mobile surveillance units for yards, lots, and job sites with no wired network. Stood up in a day and moved when the work moves.

The Platform

Registered partner

One platform, installed by people who work on it every day.

Verkada is the only security platform we sell and install. Running one system means we know exactly how it operates, and it helps us maintain efficiency and quality.

  • Nothing to maintain in a closet

Verkada Command runs in a browser. You skip the NVR, the rack, the port forwarding, and the VPN you would otherwise need to watch your own footage from home.

  • Footage kept on the camera itself

Each camera records to onboard storage. Verkada cameras can be purchased with onboard retention of 30 to 365 days depending on the model, and can be expanded to 10 years with extended cloud backup licensing.

  • Doors and cameras on one timeline

Badge swipes, forced-door alarms, and video share a single console. You open the clip attached to the event instead of matching timestamps across two systems.

  • Reachable from anywhere in the world

Every device can be reached from a single pane of glass, the Command platform, from a browser or app on any device from anywhere in the world. Protecting your assets on the go has never been easier.

  • Alarms that separate the real from the noise

Verkada’s person detection, contact sensors, and motion sensors work together with Verkada’s 24/7 professional monitoring agents, who see the camera view attached to the trigger. Fewer calls about a delivery driver, and a real response to the ones that matter.

  • Support that answers 24/7

Verkada staffs technical support around the clock by phone, chat, and email, and publishes its live answer times on a page anyone can check. Recent phone waits have been running well under a minute. See the current numbers at verkada.com/support-stats.

  • Hardware warranty up to ten years

Verkada backs its hardware for up to ten years depending on the model. We list the exact term for every device on your project in writing before you sign, and we can run the claim with Verkada for you if a unit fails.

Specified for the building you have

From downtown Sacramento and West Sacramento to Roseville, Elk Grove, Folsom, and Rancho Cordova, we walk the building before we quote it. Camera placement, door counts, and cable routes come out of your layout, your hours, and what you are trying to protect.

How We Work

From the first walkthrough to the final test, you know what happens next

The site assessment is free and carries no obligation. After it you get an itemized quote covering equipment, quantities, labor, and price, and nothing starts on your building until you sign it. Changes to the scope go in writing before the work happens, so the number you approved is the number you see.

  1. Step 01

    Site walkthrough

We walk the property with you at no charge, look at sight lines, doors, ceilings, and cable paths, and ask what you are trying to protect and who needs to get in.

  2. Step 02

    Design and itemized quote

You get a device layout and a written quote listing equipment, quantities, labor, tax, and total price. Read it, ask about it, and sign it when it is right.

  3. Step 03

    Licensed installation

Villa Electric’s C-10 crew runs the cable, sets the mounts and conduit, wires the devices, and brings the power. They patch and repaint what the work disturbs to match the surrounding finish.

  4. Step 04

    Programming and commissioning

We configure the controllers, retention settings, door schedules, and user accounts, then bring the system up and check every device against the design.

  5. Step 05

    Test-out and handover

We walk the finished system with you: cameras recording, doors granting and denying the right credentials, sensors reporting. Then the admin accounts and credentials go to you. You own the equipment, the footage, and the access. We keep no way in.

  6. Step 06

    Twelve months of warranty

We warrant the installation workmanship and materials for twelve months. Book a free best practices session in the first thirty days and bring as many of your people as you want.
