Martin’s Integrated Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates martinsintegratedsystems.com. This policy describes the personal information we collect through the website, how we use it, and how you can reach us about it.

Information we collect
When you submit the project intake form, we collect the information you type in. That typically includes:
- Name, email address, phone number, company or organization, and your role
- How you prefer to be reached
- Property address, city, state, ZIP, property type, size, and related project details
- What you are interested in (cameras, access control, alarms, and similar items)
- Notes about existing systems, cabling, network responsibility, timeline, and budget
- How you heard about us, and any other comments you choose to send
If you call or email us instead of using the form, we collect the information you provide in that conversation.
The website may also receive standard technical data from your browser or our host, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you visit. We use Google reCAPTCHA on the intake form to reduce spam. Google may collect hardware and software information, and may use cookies, as described in Google’s own policies.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Respond to quote requests and schedule a site assessment
- Prepare designs, quotes, and related project communications
- Coordinate licensed installation work
- Service systems we have sold
- Keep records of projects and communications
- Protect the form against automated abuse
We do not use the intake form to send unrelated marketing lists, and we do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to handle your request:
- Zoho. The intake form is submitted to Zoho Forms, which processes the submission on our behalf.
- Google. reCAPTCHA is provided by Google. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
- Villa Electric Inc. Licensed C-10 installation is performed by Villa Electric Inc., a sister company. We share project details with Villa when installation work is part of the job.
- Service providers. Hosting, email, and similar vendors may process information as needed to run the website and our business.
- Legal requests. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of others.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and similar technology
The intake form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies. Our host may also log basic visit data. This site does not run advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser. If you block them, reCAPTCHA and the form may not work.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. This website does not change its behavior in response to that signal.
How long we keep it
We keep intake submissions and project records for as long as needed to respond to you, complete the work, service the system, and meet record-keeping and legal duties. We then delete or archive the information when we no longer need it.
Reviewing or updating your information
You may ask us what personal information we have about you from this website, and you may ask us to correct it. Email info@martinsintegratedsystems.com or call (916) 995-6921. We will need enough information to confirm it is you.
Children
This website is for commercial and property customers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information we receive, including HTTPS on the website and a spam check on the form. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. The current version will be posted at this URL.
